Baldonado Panis Lopez and Associates is urgently seeking a candidate for office administration staff for its law office located in the Makati City Business District.
This is an entry-level position. New graduates and college level candidates are welcome to apply. Nearby residents will have an advantage. NCR minimum wage will be applied.
You will be working under the lawyers of the firm and in coordination with other office administration staff. It is the firm's goal that all employees will expand their knowledge and enhance their skills as basis for professional development.
Core Responsibilities
Communication Management: Handling incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, and directing them to the appropriate parties.
Administrative Support: Performing tasks like data entry, typing, filing documents, and office operations
Record Keeping: Organizing, maintaining, and updating physical and digital files and records.
Key Skills
Organizational and Multitasking Skills: The ability to manage various tasks and maintain order in a busy office environment.
Communication Skills: Both excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for interacting with colleagues, clients, and visitors.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with common office equipment (printers, scanners) and software (Microsoft Office Suite) is required.
Attention to Detail: Important for tasks like data entry, filing, and document preparation to ensure accuracy.
