About the Role

As a Financial Care Specialist, you will support clients in understanding financial options available to them and guide them in creating plans aligned with their personal goals. You will receive structured training to build your expertise in financial planning and client relationship management.

This role is open for part-time or full-time involvement and can be done remotely.


Responsibilities


• Engage with clients to understand their financial priorities and concerns

• Share appropriate protection and financial wellness programs based on client needs

• Provide ongoing support, follow-ups, and periodic financial check-ins

• Take part in training, workshops, and certification programs

• Maintain professionalism and regulatory compliance at all times


Qualifications


• Bachelor's degree (any field)

• Based within Luzon

• Strong communication and people-engagement skills

• Willing to undergo continuous learning and development

• Not affiliated with MLM / networking groups

• No finance or sales experience required
