About the role

CEBU NEW WAVE RECRUITMENT, INC.' is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Holiday Hiring - CSR IT Park site (Virtual Application Only). As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling a variety of inquiries and providing outstanding service. This is a full-time role based in Mandaue City Cebu.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to incoming customer calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
  2. Addressing customer queries and concerns, and resolving issues to their satisfaction
  3. Providing accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  6. Identifying and escalating any complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team
  7. Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes

What we're looking for

  1. Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, ideally within the IT or technology industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software applications
  5. A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  6. Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends and holidays
