Executive Driver

Position Overview:

The Driver to the Company VIP/s is responsible for providing safe, reliable, and confidential transportation services to the authorized executives as required. This role demands professionalism, discretion, punctuality, and excellent knowledge of routes, traffic regulations, and vehicle maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport the company executive to and from appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring punctuality at all times.
  • Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent working condition—regularly cleaning, inspecting, and servicing it as needed.
  • Plan routes in advance, considering traffic, road conditions, and schedules.
  • Manage daily vehicle records including mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers throughout all trips.
  • Handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Run errands and perform other duties as assigned by the President or Executive Office (e.g., document deliveries, airport pickups).
  • Coordinate with administrative staff regarding the President's travel schedule and logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company driving policies.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably for senior executives or VIPs.
  • Licensing: Valid professional driver's license with a clean driving record.

  • Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent driving and navigation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Punctual, reliable, and well-groomed.
  • Discreet, trustworthy, and respectful of confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of local and regional routes.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to schedule changes.
