Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Perform accurate quantity take-offs for architectural components such as finishes, partitions, ceiling works, doors and windows, fixtures, and other architectural elements.
  • Collaborate with estimators, engineers, and project managers to ensure alignment of quantities with project requirements.
  • Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and reports.
  • Assist in the evaluation of design changes, material alternatives, and value engineering options.
  • Maintain organized records of quantity take-off files and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in quantity take-off or architectural estimating.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret complex architectural plans and specifications.
