Job Description:

  • Oversees procurement of supplies, services, and equipment to support efficient and cost-effective company operations.
  • Ensures all purchasing activities comply with company policies and approved budgets while meeting quality, quantity, and timeline requirements.
  • Key duties include analyzing price proposals, negotiating contracts, evaluating supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with specifications and service level agreements.
  • Coordinates closely with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues, manage inspections, and maintain competitive sourcing.
  • Leads continuous improvement of procurement processes to support operational excellence.

Job Specifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience:

1-2 years of proven purchasing experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to prepare cost reports and financial analysis.
  • Good understanding of technical knowledge on canvassing, procurement or general purchasing operations.

Soft Skills:

  • Leadership, communication, strategic planning and organizational skills.
  • Can work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
