Duties and Responsibilities:

● Product Promotion and Selling – Actively promote and endorse the company's products to customers,

highlighting features, benefits, and usage to encourage purchases. Provide accurate and helpful information

to help customers make informed decisions.

● Customer Assistance – Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, respond to

inquiries, and offer product suggestions based on their needs.

● Merchandising and Display Maintenance – Ensure that products are neatly arranged, well-stocked, clean,

and visually appealing at all times. Remove damaged or expired items and replace them with fresh stocks.

● Inventory Monitoring – Regularly check stock levels, prepare replenishment requests, and coordinate with

the warehouse or delivery team to avoid stockouts.

● Pricing and Labeling – Ensure that all products are properly labeled with the correct price tags, barcodes,

and promotional signage in accordance with company standards.

● Sales Reporting – Prepare and submit sales, inventory, and customer feedback reports to the supervisor

for review and strategic planning.

● Store Cleanliness and Organization – Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the assigned selling area,

ensuring it is free from clutter and hazards.

● Compliance with Company and Store Policies – Adhere to all company policies, store rules, and safety

guidelines to ensure smooth operations and uphold the company's reputation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
