We're looking for a driven DevOps Engineer who can own features end-to-end, build reliable cloud platforms, and push operational best practices across environments. If you're strong in Azure (GCP is a plus), Kubernetes, automation, and modern CI/CD, this role is a fit.

What You'll Do
  • Build, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure on Azure and/or GCP.
  • Manage and support AKS, Azure APIM, and Akamai-related integrations.
  • Design and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins.
  • Deploy and optimize applications in Linux/UNIX environments.
  • Support and integrate services using RESTful APIs.
  • Work across relational and NoSQL databases to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Apply operating models for private cloud, IaaS, and PaaS.
  • Drive automation, observability, incident readiness, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams to deliver stable production outcomes.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on cloud experience with Azure and/or GCP.
  • Experience with Akamai, Azure APIM, and AKS.
  • Strong experience with CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
  • Solid background in Linux/UNIX deployment best practices.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Extensive knowledge of RESTful APIs.
  • Strong communication skills and a high-ownership mindset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to operational best practices and problem-solving.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Automation/scripting with PowerShell, Perl, Chef, Puppet, Terraform, Ansible, YAML, JSON, and preferably Python.
  • Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP, distributed systems).
  • Experience with Virtualization (Hyper-V preferred).
  • Cross-functional infrastructure exposure (Systems, Storage, Networking).
  • Development experience with Java, C++, or Ruby.
  • Certifications in Azure, Kubernetes, or related tech.
