Responsible for the management of sales data

  • Daily monitoring: Based on the SF system, monitor the daily sellout to the channel, monitor the daily sellout of the retail coordinator, monitor the daily sellout to the store, send emails every day, and comment in the RC group and the promoter group.
  • Weekly report management: Summarize the weekly achievements of each channel, each category, each retail coordinator, and each store, and give evaluations and share them with the sales team, RC team, PMs and team management;
  • Monthly report management: Send monthly sales reports, and based on the promoter's performance for 3 months, give warnings or feedback to Tyler for promoters with poor performance.

Responsible for store inventory management:

  • According to the SF system, send the store inventory to the sales team, RC team, PMs and team management every Monday, and make valuable comments and suggestions on the inventory. The sales team prepares PO based on the inventory

Store display management:

  • Based on the SF system, monitor the store display, and proofread the display units with the RC of each region to ensure the accuracy of the store display units, and feedback to the sales team, RC team, PMs and Mr.BOB, Mr .Green;
  • Monitor the display of key models.

Responsible for the reimbursement of marketing expenses;

  • Responsible for the budget and reimbursement of modules;
  • Responsible for the budget and reimbursement of POP;
  • Responsible for the budget and reimbursement of exhibitions;
  • Budget and reimbursement of other expenses, including website, social media, outdoor advertising and other expenses;

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of experience in sales data analysis, business reporting, or a similar role.
  • Proficient in using CRM and sales systems (e.g., Salesforce/SF system).
  • Strong skills in Excel, data visualization, and reporting tools.
  • Familiar with data management, sales tracking, and performance monitoring.
  • Ability to analyze large sets of sales and inventory data.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports and giving feedback.
  • Comfortable coordinating with cross-functional teams (sales, retail coordinators, promoters, management).
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
  • Knowledge in budget monitoring and expense reimbursement is an advantage.
