Job Summary:

We are currently seeking aSenior Planning Engineer with a strong background in Oil & Gas / Energy / Industrial Projects.This role plays a critical part in planning and scheduling construction works, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, and site delivery teams.

You'll lead scheduling efforts using Primavera P6, develop baseline programs, and conduct in-depth progress tracking and delay analysis—especially across Oil & Gas / Energy / Industrial Projects scopes.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Conducting forensic schedule analysis to identify causes of delay and disruption
  • Preparing and submitting EOT (Extension of Time) claims and mitigation plans
  • Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to track progress
  • Identifying critical paths, risks, and opportunities, and advising on resolutions
  • Producing detailed reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules
  • Ensuring all planning documentation aligns with project scope and contract requirements
  • Attending key meetings and providing timely, data-driven schedule updates to stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
  • 7–10+ years' experience in senior project planning/scheduling within oil & gas, energy, or industrial sectors
  • Advanced expertise in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and construction methodologies
  • Proven background in forensic scheduling, EOT claims, and schedule risk mitigation
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to working in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, 7AM to 4PM)
