About the Role

As a Sr. Network Engineer, you will be part of Insight's Infrastructure Managed Services team supporting multiple clients across diverse technologies and challenging projects. We will count on you to lead documentation efforts, provide expert-level network support, and drive continual service improvements.

  • Hybrid Setup: Once a week in the office
  • Night Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8PM to 5AM Manila Time (20% Night Differential)
Along the way, you will get to:
  • Lead procedural and help documentation writing
  • Analyze and resolve high-repeat incidents through root cause analysis
  • Act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex tickets
  • Partner with consulting services on large-scale implementations
What We're Looking For
  • Significant experience with network technologies across mixed vendor environments
  • Strong understanding of SD-WAN (preferably Prisma SD-WAN), monitoring tools (e.g., ScienceLogic, ServiceNow)
  • Demonstrated experience with vendor technologies such Palo Alto Instant-On Network (ION), Prisma, Panorama, Cisco, Cisco Meraki, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, F5, and Juniper.
  • Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and ability to work independently.
