Skills and Qualifications:

1. Graduate of any Engineering course.

2. At least 1–2 years of experience as a QA Engineer in a manufacturing company is an advantage.

3. Knowledge of document lifecycle management: creation, revision, approval, distribution, archival, and disposal.

4. Prepares documents necessary for executing the quality assurance system during Customer Audits and/or ISO Certification Audits of the Operations Line and Quality Group (e.g., Work Instructions, Packaging Standards, Inspection Standards, and other related records).

5. Assists the Quality Supervisor in the preparation and review of Internal Audit activities, such as Quality and Environmental System Audits, Customer Audits, Operations Audits, and Supplier Audits.

6. Assists the Quality Supervisor in Customer Claim Investigations, monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of Corrective and Preventive measures.

7. Coordinates with other departments to close actions from Internal Quality Abnormalities, Customer Claims, Audit activities, and other 5S-related concerns.

8. Willingness to learn new methods and systems.
