Are you a relationship-builder who thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences MEDVA is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for our valued clients, ensuring seamless service delivery, strong retention, and meaningful growth.
What You'll Do
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communications, building trust and rapport.
- Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction and alignment with service expectations.
Service Delivery & Day-to-Day Oversight
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure services meet client needs.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure clients receive the full value of their virtual assistant support.
Retention & Growth
- Implement strategies to prevent churn and deepen client engagement.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introducing additional services as appropriate.
Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with VA Advocates and escalate to the Client Success Manager when needed.
Account Administration
- Support clients with invoice retrieval and account updates.
- Ensure transparency and timeliness in all financial interactions.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement
- Gather and analyze client feedback to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Partner with internal teams to enhance service quality and client outcomes.
Reporting & Internal Communication
- Maintain accurate CRM records and report regularly to the Client Success Director.
- Foster strong cross-departmental communication to ensure unified client support.
Client Advocacy
- Represent client interests internally, pushing for service enhancements that align with their goals.
Onboarding & Training
- Support new client onboarding and provide ongoing training to maximize service utilization.
Performance Strategy
- Monitor client usage and satisfaction to develop tailored engagement strategies.
- Align with the Client Success Manager on broader client success initiatives.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)
- 2+ years in account management, client success, or a customer-facing role (required)
- Experience in virtual staffing, healthcare, or outsourcing environments required
- Experience in dental/ortho is a plus
