Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately checks and assess the medical files of a patients based on the existing maritime and principal guidelines.
  • Ensures that the patient submits all medical requirements and passes all the guidelines set forth by both local and international maritime committee/organization.
  • Develops and recommends relevant policies and procedures that may be necessary to improve processes and enhance customer services.
  • Prepares reports regularly and endorsements as necessary.
  • Manages section resources and utilizes assigned company resources in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
  • Establishes and maintains meaningful business relationships with both internal and external customers to facilitate effective and efficient delivery of services.
  • May be required to regularly communicates current, complete, accurate and relevant information to concerned individuals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Medical Field (Nursing, Medical Technology, etc.)
  • Licensed Allied Health Care Practitioner (Preferred)
  • Computer literate
  • Strong written communication skills
  • With relevant work experience (Preferred)
