Talent Acquisition Specialist

Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, interview methods, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in high-volume or specialized recruiting (e.g., Network, Engineering)
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Acquisition
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
Screening & Selection
- Review applications, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Act as a strategic advisor to ensure hiring decisions align with business goals.
Candidate Experience & Employer Branding
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely updates and feedback.
- Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives.
Process Improvement & Compliance
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Ensure hiring processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Identify opportunities for improving recruitment efficiency and effectiveness
