Sales Associate Function

  • Review/prepare new loan file documentation created for scanning, entry into the system, and proper storage.
  • Review completeness of loan documents, resolve exceptions/deficiencies noted, and validate information in the loan application form.
  • Recommend appropriate action for approval/rejection of loan application based on assessment and evaluation performed.
  • Meet pre-determined loan approval quota set by the management.
  • Ensure Loan approval process complies with Company standard processes.
  • Recommend systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, and personnel requirements.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Provide full coordination and assistance to other departments as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Administrative Associate Function

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Supports officers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
  • Communicates via phone and email ensuring that all administration tasks are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
  • Creates systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements, implementing changes.
  • Provides general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
  • Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
  • Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
  • Gather data related to business issues and processes.
