Responsible to lead and deliver complex e-learning training projects for pharmaceutical and medical clients. This role involves full-cycle project leadership—from scoping and execution to analytics-driven performance insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale e-learning training initiatives for pharma/medical industry clients.
  • Serve as the consultant-facing expert, managing stakeholder expectations and delivery timelines.
  • Analyze learner engagement data to drive business insights and revenue impact.
  • Integrate CRM platform insights into learning analytics (e.g., influencing lead pipelines, conversions).
  • Knows and understands analytics and can help customers understand the engagement data from our platform and how its impacting revenue
  • Worked on e-learning training projects
  • Provide general support to the team when required , train and guide the team on the PM.
  • Update project management tools (e.g., ), spreadsheets, documents, presentations, experiences, and files in shared drives and the administrator portal as needed.
  • Effectively communicate with clients, animators, graphic designers, the development team, and other stakeholders via various channels (email, WhatsApp, Teams, Help scout, online meetings), considering their availability.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, setting up accounts and aligning platform features with their goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, building strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure usage aligns with their package constraints, providing monthly reports and updates.
  • Address client concerns promptly, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.
  • Organize client meetings to discuss progress, provide training, and explore new service opportunities.
  • Proactively suggest platform features or services that align with client business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 5-6+ years of project management experience, with some exposure to pharma/medical sectors also 30yrs and up.
  • Prior e-learning training project leadership experience.
  • Strong analytics orientation with ability to translate engagement data
  • Working knowledge of CRM and sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Consultancy mindset and ability to advise clients strategically.
  • Demonstrated coaching or team development experience.
  • Excellent English required, ability to work US timezone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php85, Php90,000.00 per month
