Project Manager (Remote – Philippines)
Location: Remote (Philippines-based only)
Schedule: Full-time, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (graveyard shift in PH)
Compensation: Starting at ₱20,000/month – Performance-based raises up to ₱90,000/month
About the Role
We are looking for a full-time Project Manager to lead teams, drive execution, and help launch innovative businesses in AI, software, and marketing.
You'll begin by assisting a senior project manager and quickly move into full ownership of live projects. This role is for someone who thrives on responsibility, communicates with clarity, and relentlessly pushes teams forward.
This is not just task management — you will be leading product launches, managing teams across time zones, and directly impacting company revenue.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading people or managing a team
- At least 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Must speak and write fluent English with minimal accent
- Must be based in the Philippines
- Must be available full-time during US hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST), Monday to Friday
- Highly organized and able to lead others, not just follow directions
- Comfortable working more than 40 hours/week when needed
- Aggressive about delivering progress every single week
- Proficient in Notion, Google Sheets, Slack, and time trackers
What You'll Do
- Assist a Project Manager or Founder on live, active projects
- Take ownership of day-to-day task management and progress tracking
- Follow up with team members to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
- Run daily standups and help remove blockers
- Keep projects organized, on time, and within scope
- Begin communicating directly with US-based clients and stakeholders
- Deliver weekly progress reports that show measurable results
- Take full ownership of projects once you're ready
Growth Path & Impact Milestones
This role is performance-based — promotions depend on results, not tenure.
Level 1: Assist on projects, show strong English, initiative, and reliability.
Level 2: Independently follow up with team, run daily standups, manage tracking & weekly reports.
Level 3: Lead client calls, fully manage one project, show consistent delivery.
Level 4: Launch a product, secure a paying client, directly impact revenue.
Level 5: Deliver a major 3+ month project, on or under budget and on time.
Level 6: Trusted as a "founder-level" operator, owning mission-critical company projects.
