About the Role

We're looking for a Project Manager / Workflow Coordinator who thrives on keeping complex, cross-functional projects organized and on track. You'll be the central link between automation, creative, and QA teams — ensuring our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are built, approved, and implemented on schedule.

This role is perfect for someone who's detail-oriented, loves creating clarity, and can keep teams moving forward without letting tasks fall through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Track SOP Build Timeline: Monitor milestones, deadlines, and progress for SOP development.
• Manage Approvals in Slack: Set up, track, and follow up on approval workflows within Slack channels.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Act as the bridge between automation, creative, and QA teams to ensure smooth handoffs.
• SOP Enforcement: Ensure processes are followed consistently and updates are documented.
• Workflow Optimization: Suggest improvements to processes, communication flows, and task tracking methods.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Region: Based in the Philippines or Eastern Europe (to overlap with team time zones).
• Project Management Tools: Skilled in Asana, Trello, or ClickUp for task and workflow tracking.
• Communication Tools: Confident using Slack for structured workflows, reminders, and approvals.
• Process Discipline: Strong ability to enforce SOP adherence and keep projects on track.
• Collaboration Skills: Excellent communicator who can work with creative, technical, and operational teams.
• Proactive Mindset: Takes ownership, anticipates roadblocks, and solves problems before they escalate.
