As a member of the Sales Team, you will be given complete autonomy over your work and decision-making. ## Your Role
In this role, you will be expected to acquire new Jobley accounts for US clients, and you will be responsible for outbound calls to obtain information for job creation. In addition to this, you may also be required to conduct business negotiations yourself and conduct sales activities aimed at winning orders. In addition to approaching new clients, you will work with the marketing & sales team to plan measures to bring them to the consideration stage and approach clients.
More specifically, your responsibilities may include:
・Reaching out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business.
・Communicating with Clients, responding and following up on leads.
・Collection of client information necessary for job creation.
Qualifications
・2-3+ years of BtoB sales experience is preferred.
・Fluent in written and verbal English. A neutral accent so you can communicate clearly with American customers.
・Experience in creating documents, manuals, etc.
・Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage contracts and client expectations.
・Has a buissnes mindset

Salary
PHP 25,000〜 per month + incentive + benefit
※Total Comp may be around PHP 40, ,000 per month depending on your performance.
Location
18h floor, Two/Neo Building, 28th street cor. 3rd Avenue, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Philippines
Working hours
PHT 0am~9am (Including an hour rest)
・No operations on US Saturdays and Sundays.
・Planning positions are the same as above, but negotiable.
