Job Summary

  • Manage and control Power Projects and handle Power Equipment-related issues on-site.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Reporting

  • Analyze and produce daily and weekly reports.
  • Submit timely and accurate project documentation.

Power Installation and Supervision

  • Review and revise electrical system designs.
  • Supervise and complete power rollouts such as EOL, Ops Emergency, Colo upgrades, and new B2S sites.
  • Contribute to power commissioning and software upgrades (Router, Controller, Modem, Relays, Fuel Sensors).
  • Control and manage all power-related activities within assigned zones.
  • Validate MIDC documents, checklists, and PISM reports, ensuring completion and sign-off.

Troubleshooting and Configuration Changes

  • Attend to power equipment issues and tasks assigned by the Performance Engineering Department.
  • Coordinate with the O&M team to ensure timely support and resolution.

Audit and Quality Assurance

  • Maintain a safe and secure working environment by enforcing standard procedures.
  • Conduct site audits and prepare audit reports.
  • Evaluate the quality of work and vendor performance.
  • Review and analyze HOTO survey reports and provide recommendations.

Qualifications

Education, Licenses, and Certificates

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical).

Relevant Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience as a Power Engineer (preferably in the Telecom industry).
  • Experience in Genset and DC power systems (rectifiers, batteries, etc.).

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to make sound decisions based on site conditions.

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
