About the role

Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Customer Service Agent to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inbound inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The position is based in our Makati City Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  2. Identifying and resolving customer problems and concerns
  3. Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  4. Providing detailed updates to customers on the status of their requests
  5. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  6. Adhering to established policies, procedures, and service level agreements
  7. Continually seeking ways to improve the customer experience
  8. VARIOUS ACCOUNT OFFER (VOICE/NON-VOICE/ CHAT SUPPORT)

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  6. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
  7. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
