Job Title: LSM Officer (Local Store Marketing Officer)

Location: Makati City

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic LSM Officer to drive store traffic, boost sales, and enhance our brand presence at the local level. This role is all about making our stores the go-to spot in the community by ensuring strong local visibility, executing impactful in-store marketing, and building meaningful community partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive store traffic and increase sales through effective local marketing strategies.
  • Execute in-store marketing initiatives, promotions, and activations with precision.
  • Develop and maintain community partnerships to strengthen brand presence.
  • Support store teams in implementing marketing plans and local campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of local marketing activities.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in retail marketing or store-level marketing is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across different stores.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and highly organized.
