Sales & Marketing Associate

Role Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales and Marketing Associate to provide support to our Sales and Marketing Team. This role focuses on both strategic execution and operational excellence. 

Key responsibilities include generating essential performance reports and continuously monitoring progress against company goals. You will be expected to help drive growth by developing and executing lead generation plans and effectively coordinating with all necessary internal and external stakeholders. The role also encompasses critical support functions, such as managing all inbound customer inquiries, preparing contracts and budget forms, and representing Management Strategies during industry events and the planning of external company functions.

General Responsibilities:

Execute Sales Initiatives.

Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Team through the following but not limited to:

• Handle customer inquiries and provide support in coordination with Marketing Team
• Preparing of sales contracts and budget forms
• Coordinate attendance and participation to in-person industry events (may require in-person setting up and breakdown of booths, and the like)
• Man booths in public events and registration for internal programs
• Prepare sales collaterals in coordination with the Marketing Team for events.

Monitor Lead Generation Efforts

• Consolidate and classify all incoming leads from the marketing team  and support in the distribution of leads to the sales team for follow up.
• Monitor lead generation and conversion initiatives from various sources including social media, website, webinars, blogs and others in collaboration with the Marketing Team.
• Design and maintain a comprehensive real-time dashboard that reflects accurate sales and inventory data that's aligned with the requirements of the finance and admin team.
• Track sales fulfillment for Management Strategies physical products, ensuring a smooth customer experience from client order to product delivery.
• Assist in organizing marketing led webinars and workshop, coordinating with other groups in the implementation of the project and ensuring that the project runs smoothly
• Recommend marketing solutions and measure effectiveness in selling to existing and potential clients
• Coordinate with Marketing Officer on our communication and digital marketing efforts

Manage Sales Platforms and Data analysis

• In close coordination with the Marketing team, ensure that  the website and Shopify accounts are always up-to-date on MgtStrat events, blogs, product pricing, new marketing materials, etc.
• Prepare monthly reports on sales performance and sales projections and provide regular updates to the sales team
• Manage requests for information from existing and potential clients coursed through our various platforms and coordinate this with the appropriate person or team
• Engage various stakeholders such as the sales and admin team, portfolio team, and marketing team to ensure  a seamless flow of information that can be used to generate sales and performance insights
• Provide marketing insights, analytics and recommendations on Sales/MIS reports, MgtStrat website, LinkedIn and various social media assets, Shopify, etc.

Your work arrangements:

• Full time employment with work hours from 8am-5pm, Mondays thru Fridays
• Hybrid setup: Work from home unless business requires presence in the office or onsite (such as in-person sales/marketing events and the like)
• In office work location: 4th Floor Jose Cojuangco & Sons building, Legaspi Village, Makati City

Qualifications:

• A graduate of any business, marketing or communications course with strong academic and extracurricular background
• At least one (1) year of work experience, preferably with exposure to CRM, lead generation, or marketing in a service industry
