JOB SUMMARY:

  • To ensure effective and efficient implementation of end-to-end Compensation & Benefits Processing such as but not limited to Time Evaluation and Attendance, Benefits Administration and Post-Payroll Report Generation.
  • To ensure accurate administration of data management through the HR Information System.
  • To ensure that compensation practices are compliant with current laws and regulations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

PAYROLL

  • Processes weekly payroll of rank & file Anchorage and General Purpose Worker (GPW) On-Call employees.
  • Consolidates movement records of new, promoted, suspended, separated, and dismissed employees for payroll validation purposes.
  • Reviews payroll variance report and ensures accuracy of remunerations, deductions, and other approved payroll-related instructions.

BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION

  • Prepares 13th month pay, profit share and Christmas bonus and other company-initiated bonuses and incentives.

DATA AND REPORTS MANAGEMENT

  • Maintains employee records of rank & file daily paid employees in the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Monitors Tara and manages leave entitlement records of daily paid employees and submits to other stakeholders as needed.
  • Prepares monthly remittance report and secures Request for Payment (RFP) for employee bank loans on a timely manner.
  • Prepares summary of SSS and Pag-IBIG loan collections, summary of minimum wage earners and absences report.
  • Updates loan payment record to ensure accurate deductions of company loans.

FINAL PAY ADMINISTRATION

  • Ensures effective and efficient processing of final pay from computation up to the releasing of check to the employee.
  • Ensures that all quitclaims are notarized and forwarded to accounting specifically those with retirement pay.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Accounting, Business Management or any equivalent
  • Experience: At least three (3) years of work experience as Payroll Officer
  • Able to perform tasks using Microsoft Office applications specifically Microsoft Excel
  • Preferably knowledgeable in the use of the SAP System

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
