Carpentry Estimator (Entry Level)

material and labour takeoffs, quote preparation, and basic tender submissions. You will play a key role in

helping them win more work and stay ahead of their project pipeline, all from the comfort of your own

location.

What you'll be working on:

● Prepare accurate material and labour takeoffs from construction drawings (mainly timber frames,

cladding, fixouts, etc.)

● Develop and submit estimates using our internal templates

● Assist with BOQs, RFQs, RFI, and tender documentation

● Liaise with suppliers for updated pricing as needed

● Work with our team to refine pricing strategies

● Maintain version control and estimate logs

● Be confident with Ground Plan & Ascora, and be able to provide take-offs on time

● Be available on video (Zoom) during work hours to facilitate in-office collaborations. (Mon- Fri) 9 am to

3 pm (AU time).

What we're looking for:

● Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential or commercial carpentry estimating, preferably on

Australian-based projects.

● Fresh graduates with a relevant educational background in construction, engineering, or quantity

surveying are also welcome to apply.

● Strong knowledge of building plans and construction methods

● Proficiency with estimating software, Ground Plan & Ascora

● Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

● Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
