This role supports the Brand Manager in planning and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring consistent brand performance across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans, brand campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights, competitor data, and sales performance to support brand decisions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Trade Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain) to ensure timely execution of brand initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate marketing campaigns to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
  • Manage brand assets such as packaging design, marketing materials, and digital content.
  • Track brand performance metrics, prepare reports, and recommend action plans for improvement.
  • Support new product development, launches, and other brand-building projects.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or trade marketing, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and brand identity.
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
