The business provides clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, benchmark and indices, and pre and post-trade analytics. Its post-trade solutions offering helps market participants control their counterparty and regulatory risks through a growing range of tools that manage balance-sheet exposure, as well as compression and optimisation services. The Data & Analytics division includes the following brands: Tullett Prebon Information, PVM Data Services, ICAP Information and Burton-Taylor Consulting.

Role ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing relationships with TP ICAP Group Procurement and ensure compliance with Group Procurement policies. Support in negotiating and monitoring key commercial, contractual, and performance stipulations in the MDSA and LTSA agreements between Parameta Solutions and TP ICAP Group Functions. Aid in the execution of sourcing new contracts, renewals, and/or renegotiations with in-scope suppliers.

Conduct benchmarking of new and existing services to ensure commercial terms are appropriate and fit for purpose. Maintain stakeholder relationships with Parameta business stakeholders to capture strategic business requirements and improve overall business solutions. Support in managing the sourcing pipeline for future procurement activities of Parameta Solutions service needs.

Participate in consultations with TP ICAP Group Procurement during contract negotiations. Ensure compliance with all Third Party Risk Management requirements for Parameta Solutions direct suppliers. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements regarding Vendor Management (i.e., TPRM, DORA, CSRD, etc.).

Assist in executing governance of Parameta Solutions supplier relationships, including MDSA and LTSA agreements with TP ICAP Group. Support in dispute resolution discussions with suppliers alongside TP ICAP Group Procurement. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other Corporate Support Functions to effectively manage Parameta Solutions vendor relationships.

Support in evaluating and executing strategic procurement programs and transfer core principles to the overall direction of procurement strategy for Parameta Solutions. Participate in Group-wide procurement transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement programs impacting Parameta Solutions. Experience / CompetencesEssentialExperience in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) with Intra Group Service Agreements and associated governance requirements.

Proven commercial management experience in supplier relationship management, category management, or business development. Procurement experience within the Technology Industry sector is preferred. Experience with Third Party Risk Management principles and processes.

DesiredComfortable working in fast-paced or pressured environments. Demonstrated analytical ability and problem-solving skills. High organizational skills with a proactive approach.
