About the role
As the Quality Assurance Director at Southland College of Kabankalan City, Inc., you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of educational quality and continuous improvement across the institution. In this full-time, on-site position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive quality assurance strategies to enhance the college's academic programmes, student experience, and overall institutional performance.What you'll be doing
Spearheading the development and implementation of robust quality assurance policies, procedures, and frameworks
Overseeing the collection, analysis, and reporting of data to identify areas for improvement and inform strategic decision-making
Conducting regular audits, inspections, and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of academic programmes, teaching and learning practices, and student support services
Collaborating with faculty, staff, and administrative teams to develop and implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintaining compliance with relevant educational standards, regulations, and accreditation requirements
Providing expert guidance and training to faculty and staff on quality assurance best practices
Representing the college in external quality assurance forums and serving as a liaison with regulatory bodies
What we're looking for
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or academic administration role within the education sector
Strong understanding of quality management systems, accreditation standards, and educational quality frameworks
Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights
Proven track record of leading successful quality improvement initiatives and driving organisational change
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance policies, procedures, and tools
Postgraduate qualification in education, quality management, or a related field is highly desirable
