Able to read construction plans and prepare detailed cost breakdowns

Proficient in MS Excel and/or estimating tools

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare accurate estimates for labor, materials, and equipment

Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations

Assist in preparing project bids and proposals
