About the role

This is a full-time opportunity for a QS Civil role with CHINA CONSTRUCTION FRONT GEN. DEVT. CORP.' in Calamba City Laguna. As the QS Civil, you will be responsible for providing high-quality quantity surveying services to support the company's construction projects within the Surveying industry.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for construction projects
  • Evaluating tender submissions and providing recommendations on contract awards
  • Monitoring project costs and variations, and providing regular reporting to project stakeholders
  • Managing subcontractor accounts and ensuring timely payments
  • Supporting the overall project management team with various quantity surveying tasks
  • Maintaining comprehensive project records and documentation

What we're looking for

  • A fresh graduate
  • Can speak Korean or Mandarin
  • Strong working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel for complex cost modelling
  • Familiarity with construction contracts and commercial management processes
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various project stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative project team
  • Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related engineering/construction discipline
