The ideal candidate is a seasoned real estate sales & marketing professional with strong experience in revenue strategy, team management, and cross-functional coordination.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

  • Develop and execute revenue and pricing strategies for leasing and events.
  • Lead and manage sales teams handling commercial, retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use leasing, plus corporate and social event bookings.
  • Oversee marketing and branding, including digital campaigns, promotional initiatives, and market research.
  • Drive lead generation, CRM optimization, and sales pipeline performance.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and property teams to support tenant onboarding and event execution.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management to the sales & marketing team.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

  • Bachelor's Degree; Master's Degree is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales & Marketing experience, with proven results in leasing and events.
  • Real Estate industry background is required.
  • 3–5 years of managerial experience leading sales teams.
  • Strong experience in revenue strategy, marketing leadership, and leasing/event sales operations.
