About the Role

We are looking for HR Employee Relations Associate to support the development of a positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for someone with HR experience who is passionate about employee engagement, conflict resolution, and promoting fair and respectful work environments.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in managing employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases professionally and confidentially

· Support investigations and documentation of workplace incidents and complaints

· Help implement employee engagement, wellness, and recognition programs

· Monitor workplace climate and provide insights to HR leadership

· Facilitate exit interviews and analyze feedback for continuous improvement

· Maintain accurate records of employee relations cases and outcomes

· Assist in policy communication, orientation sessions, and compliance initiatives

· Ensure alignment with Philippine labor laws and internal company policies

· Collaborate with other HR functions to promote a cohesive employee experience

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in employee relations or generalist roles

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

· Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and workplace compliance

· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
