About the Role

We are looking for HR Recruitment to support our talent acquisition efforts. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels

· Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews

· Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers

· Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases

· Support job posting creation and employer branding initiatives

· Help organize recruitment events, job fairs, and campus hiring activities

· Ensure timely communication with candidates and provide status updates

· Assist in onboarding coordination and pre-employment requirements

· Prepare recruitment reports and metrics for HR and management review

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

· 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

· Familiarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and job portals

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
