About the Role

We are looking for HR Compensation and Benefits to support the administration of employee compensation, government-mandated benefits, and wellness programs.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in processing payroll and ensuring accuracy of compensation data

· Support the administration of government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)

· Coordinate with external providers for HMO, insurance, and wellness programs

· Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and benefits

· Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system

· Help prepare reports for audits, compliance, and internal reviews

· Participate in salary benchmarking and market research activities

· Assist in implementing rewards and recognition programs

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

·Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field

· 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably in compensation and benefits

· Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and government benefit systems

· Proficiency in MS Excel and HRIS tools

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Good communication and interpersonal abilities
