Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide emergency and palliative care, first aid, vital signs checks, health interviews, and medicine dispensing within legal nursing scope.
  • Assess employee health status on duty, recommending return to work or sent home as appropriate.
  • Coordinate necessary referrals or transport for ill employees to medical facilities.
  • Conduct regular inventory of medical supplies and medicine to ensure continuous availability.
  • Manage and implement annual, periodic, and special employee physical examinations; assess results and coordinate with the Company Physician for management and follow-up.
  • Conduct follow-up or home visits for employees with chronic illnesses or on prolonged sick leave.
  • Perform periodic workplace tours, research, and analysis to identify risk factors.
  • Facilitate health and safety awareness through counseling and educational programs.
  • Assist in monitoring employee safety and company security during drills (Fire, Earthquake, Disaster preparedness, etc.)
  • Provide medical assistance during company-sponsored activities as requested.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing - required
  • Registered Nurse (RN) - required
  • Preferably with hospital experience
  • Must have strong research and analytical abilities, effective counseling skills, and adept in project management
  • Must be willing to work extended hours as required for emergencies or company policies
