JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Nursing.
  • Must be a Registered Nurse.
  • Experience in the mall/leasing industry is an advantage.
  • Candidate must be willing to render over time and do shifting schedule.
  • With Basic First Aid, BOSH/COSH, ONAP Certification is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer first aid treatments and provide medications for all employees.
  • Respond to Medical Emergencies within Mall Premises
  • Assist company doctors with online consultations 24/7
  • Properly document patient data and refer to emergencies accordingly.
  • Maintain and organize all employees' and patient's medical records.
  • Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a "fit to work" certificate upon returning to work.
  • Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests based on the verification of medical certificates.
  • Schedule and assist with annual medical examinations of all employees.
  • Conduct inventory of medicines and other supplies that are sufficient for mall usage.
  • Handles, monitors and enrolls HMO employees.
  • Assist with other administrative work assigned.
  • Send monthly Work Accident Illness Report ( WAIR ) to Dole
  • Orient employees with Company Insurance and Medical Benefits
  • Ensure cleanliness and organize patient data in the clinic.
  • Educate and teach employees about Basic First Aid.
