Job Overview

The Data Analyst plays a pivotal role in creating actionable business insights from data. This role involves developing and maintaining data foundations, building analytics solutions, and creating impactful visualizations to support business teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize existing ETL pipelines and cloud storage to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for business use.
  • Design and enhance dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable business intelligence.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in data analysis and/or engineering.
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel) is required.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Snowflake, AWS) is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT tools (Matillion or similar) is beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to tell a story with data are crucial.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams is vital.
