About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Content Creator with a minimum of 5 years in digital content production to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong skills in writing, photography, videography, and social media management. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and delivering high-quality content that drives engagement, enhances brand presence, and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing and brand goals.
  • Produce engaging, on-brand content for various platforms — including websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, and video channels.
  • Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to create cohesive messaging and campaigns.
  • Capture and edit photos and videos that reflect the brand's visual identity.
  • Analyze performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness and reach.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, social media algorithms, and emerging storytelling formats.
  • Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and tone of voice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing writing, photography, and/or video production.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress), social scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite or similar photo/video editing tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, storytelling, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
