RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and produce creative content (text, image, video) for digital platforms including social media, websites, blogs, and email newsletters.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Monitor trends in digital content, social media, and audience behavior to inform content strategy.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure high quality and consistency.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
  • Analyze content performance and adjust strategies based on insights and analytics.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital tools and platforms to enhance content creation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • With at least 2-3 years of proven experience in digital content creation, copywriting, or multimedia production.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut Pro, or similar. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO, social media algorithms, and content analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for digital media.

Work Schedule/Set-up:

  • Monday – Friday / Day shift
  • Office-based role with occasional fieldwork for content shoots or brand activations.
