The Marketing Content Associate will be primarily responsible for creating and managing engaging content across the company's social media platforms to build brand awareness, foster community engagement, drive traffic, and support marketing objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop compelling and platform-specific content (text, images, videos, stories, live streams, etc.)
  • Plan, schedule, and publish content calendars across all assigned social media channels, ensuring timely and consistent posting.
  • Incorporate local slang, memes, and cultural references where appropriate to resonate with the target audience.
  • Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, comments, and direct messages.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster a positive and interactive online community.
  • Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and participation.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, website clicks, etc.) using platform analytics tools and reporting dashboards.
  • Prepare regular reports on social media activities and results.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align social media content with overall business objectives.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course.
  • Work-related experience in Marketing is an advantage.
  • Process Oriented and technology-inclined, organized and can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively both oral and written.
  • Can quickly adapt and willing to learn and be molded.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
