PRINCIPAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

The Content Creator Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and executing content strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversion. This role oversees a team of content creators, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and audience needs.

SPECIFIC SKILLS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Plan editorial calendars for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, writers, designers, and videographers.
  • Assign tasks, review outputs, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
  • Oversee creation of engaging, SEO-friendly content for websites, social media, and other channels.
  • Ensure consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare monthly reports on engagement, reach, and ROI.
  • Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to support campaigns and launches.
  • Coordinate with external agencies or freelancers when needed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in content creation and management.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Proficiency in SEO, social media platforms, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php45, Php50,000.00 per month
