POSITION TITLE: Project Technical Assistant I

EDUCATION: Relevant degree but preferably from Communications, BSBA or Marketing.

EXPERIENCE: None Required

TRAINING: None Required

ELIGIBILITY: None Required

Competencies:

  • Must have good oral and written communication skills

  • Must be knowledgeable in computer office applications

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Must be trainable and flexible

  • Must be efficient in time management, able to multi-task, and a team player

  • Must be willing to learn and work well under pressure with minimum supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of DOST-SEI S&T Scholarship Programs

  • Undertake project monitoring activities of the division and prepare periodic reports thereof

  • Monitor and evaluate the academic performance of the scholars based on the existing policies and guidelines

  • Prepare letters, memoranda and correspondence related to project implementation

  • Provide technical assistance in the implementation of S&T Learning Assistance Program

  • Perform other functions that may be assigned by the University Scholarship Coordinator from time to time.
