We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software Developer to join IPH delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a variety of applications, automation solutions, workflows, and AI tools that align with the company's digital roadmap. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, a keen interest in innovation, and the ability to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and optimize solutions that drive business efficiency and support the company's digital transformation goals. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality and scalable software applications.
  • Contribute to technical direction of projects
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing resolutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Australia and Singapore to define, design, and implement new applications
  • Stay update with the latest industry trends and technologies

Requirements for Success

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of professional software development experience
  • Experience with backend development, API development, SQL database, caching techniques, and queueing frameworks
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON WEB Token
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong business mindset and ability to grasp business requirements from stakeholders
  • Experience with low code platforms such as Power Apps, OutSystems is a plus
  • Experience with AI tool such as LangChain, OpenAI API is a plus
