Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Software Developer specializing in Java & Spring Boot at Yondu, Inc. The role is based in Taguig, with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day tasks include designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems using Java and Spring Boot frameworks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system specifications, and ensuring best practices in software development. The developer will also be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, conducting code reviews, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • Strong background in Computer Science, Software Development, and Programming
  • Experience in Back-End Web Development and proficiency in Java & Spring Boot
  • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
