We're seeking a detail-oriented and design-savvy Junior Graphic Designer / Finished Artist to support the creation and refinement of visual assets for the client's platform. This is an ideal role for someone looking to grow within a creative environment and gain exposure to innovative digital projects within the property development and placemaking space.  You'll be working closely with senior creatives and project managers to prepare and adapt design files, ensuring consistency across multiple assets and touchpoints.

What You'll Do
You'll be the kind of person who:
  • Assist in the production of graphic assets from supplied client materials (e.g., renders, plans, photography)
  • Support layout and design of static screens and interface components
  • Prepare clean, accurate, and finalised artwork files for upload into the client's platform
  • Follow established visual guidelines and maintain brand consistency
  • Collaborate with the broader creative and technical teams to meet project timelines
RequirementsWhat You Bring
We're looking for someone who:
  • Solid understanding of design principles (layout, typography, composition)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • High attention to detail and quality assurance
  • Ability to take direction and apply feedback constructively
  • Comfortable working within established brand/style guides
Core Skills (Specific to Junior Designer / Finished Artist Execution)
  • High accuracy & attention to detail — can handle repetitive tasks such as refining architectural drawings and ensuring correct labeling (hundreds of labels per page)
  • Proficient in working with supplied asset formats (TIFF, JPEG, PDF) and embedding content correctly
  • Efficient and production-speed driven — capable of processing high-volume output (approx. 200–400 units/day)
  • Strong file management, organization, tagging accuracy, and brand consistency
  • Collaborative mindset — works well under direction of Senior Designer and adapts to feedback quickly
Preferred
  • Exposure to the property industry or architectural/engineering files.
  • Ability to understand basic animations or dynamic content (though not required, adds value).
  • Willingness to learn and scale up into more complex design tasks over time.
