QUALIFICATIONS:


• Graduate of BS Engineering or any related course


• Must have 1 year+ of working experience


• Telecommunication experience is an advantage


• Knowledgeable in Microsoft office and excel formulas such as Pivot and Look up


• Ability to multitask and manage strict deadlines


• Strong Communication skills is a must

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


• Produce reports, updates, and project documentation, as well as how plans are performing against critical schedules.


• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.


• Attend client meetings and assist the Project Supervisor in the creation of weekly and monthly reports.


• Manage/Coordinate scheduling and communication between team members & clients.


• Has an experience assisting Project Supervisor in organizing ongoing projects (can monitor project plans, schedule, work hours, budgets and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner)


• Conduct Procurement


• Updates Project Tracker and ensures the accuracy of data's
