
Senior Account Manager

Responsible for managing and growing client accounts. Acts as primary client consultant, ensuring that client needs are understood and met to establish meaningful partnerships and ensuring retention as well as service expansion.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFinancial planning and forecasting to help with achievement of company's target revenues
Proactive in identifying opportunities for clients and the agency
Mastery of the agency's service proposition and be able to identify potential business expansion
Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
Pitch and develop new business opportunities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
Retain clients and build strong, trusting relationships
Prepare campaign reports and advise clients on key learnings
Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and executing content plans
Expresses oneself clearly, concisely, and persuasively, both oral and written
Lead major client presentations with confidence, strong presence, and authority
Calm and collected under pressure
Expresses ideas well, but also listens well, checks for understanding and responds maturely to criticism
Lead and mentor account manager, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in managing their own client portfolios
Commands the respect of counterparts in other departments and is able to rally them to deliver the best work on time and within budget
Champions teamwork within the unit and between departments toward the achievement of team goals and objectives
Ensures quality work standards are maintained, skills and abilities are fully developed
Challenges current work practices and contributes original ideas to deliver better work, and improve the unit's processes and system
Pushes everyone in the unit and in support groups to come up with fresh thinking and breakthrough concepts, providing necessary data, award-winning work and thought starters as inspiration
Lead in the creation of proposals for incoming client campaigns by working with internal team in developing content/campaigns that meet client's objectives
Leads the strategy development and success criteria for assigned client(s)Provides strategic and original thinking for accounts managed
Analyzes market trends and competitor's products and activities vis-a-vis assigned brands and recommends action steps to protect clients' business
Develop and maintain excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors and industry
Self-development to stay up to date on business and related development and providing feedback
Go-getter and self-learned. Abreast of trends, pop culture, technology, digital media, and marketing in general
Attends trainings, seminars, and courses for training and developmentQUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor of Arts/ Fine Arts/ Commerce; Major in Communications/ Communication Arts/ Advertising/ Marketing/ Multimedia Arts and other related courses
Three (3) years of solid experience in digital advertising and/or marketing, above-the-line marketing, brand and/or product management
Strategic, analytic, customer-centric. A good team-player who can work and lead dynamics of cross-functional teams; Good knowledge of digital best practices, marketing strategies, and social media management; Familiarity with social and digital platforms (such as but not limited to Meta Suite, Twitter, TikTok, Google, Email Marketing, etc.); Good communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to thrive under pressure and work independently in a fast-paced environment; Solid organizational and time management skills
