Regular:

  1. Motivate, assign, supervise and evaluate the work of subordinates.

  2. Correctly diagnose equipment malfunctions.

  3. Make decisions regarding appropriate remedial action.

  4. Plan and direct the work of others.

  5. Instruct in proper use of tools and equipment.

  6. Receives work requests for maintenance work and prepares work orders; assesses urgency of work requests, and assigns priority code. Notifies appropriate maintenance employee when urgent request received.

  7. Reviews completed work orders for work orders for work hour and material use; compares this information with estimated requirements and reviews for accuracy and completeness; obtains information required to reconcile discrepancies and make corrections.

  8. Assist in identifying materials, skills, tools and equipment to satisfy work requirements, schedules and adjust workload to match available resources; reviews work requests, data and completed documentation.

  9. Maintain safe working practices including all pertinent records.

  10. Prepare comprehensive department reports.

  11. Maintains good housekeeping by performing preventive maintenance on the equipment and 5S on all assigned areas.

  12. Encourages productivity in all continuous improvement activities. Supports that all individual and deliverables are performed and goals are attained.

  13. Supports the implementation and maintenance of quality management system and ensures (internal) customer satisfaction and continual improvement through active participation in Quality Systems (QS) activities.

  14. Adheres to environmental, health and safety and security programs.

  15. Practices and promotes strict compliance with all agreed Personnel policies and procedures especially in the area of leave scheduling and sickness monitoring and others

Occasional:

  1. Performs general computer support, including file back up; uses software programs to produce reports; prepares correspondence, operates other office equipments; performs a variety of other tasks to support maintenance administration.

  2. Provides instruction and training in the proper methods and processes necessary to perform equipment repair, inspection and preventive maintenance.

  3. Assists other mechanics with the more difficult assignments.

  4. Recommends training for the MIS staff as a developmental tool for career growth for the company.

  5. Evaluates the Performance of the MIS staff

  6. Participates in all company activities and programs.

  7. Performs other related tasks assigned from time to time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
