Client Overview:

Ben owns an event agency and he is looking for a unicorn who can help with events production.

Client Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 8am-4pm Mountain Time (US)
  • Must be able to work 40 hours weekly
  • Must have a minimum 5+ years of corporate event management experience, including conferences, exhibitions, and meetings
  • Must be familiar with event logistics, including venue sourcing, catering (F&B), AV setups, and budget management
  • Must have strong communication and coordination skills
  • Must be familiar with MS Office, Google Workspace, and team communication platforms (e.g., Asana, Slack)
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently, make decisions, and ask for help when needed.
  • Must be detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have a proactive, smart, and results-driven personality.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or Events is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities/Tasks:

  • Manage and oversee 6–10 concurrent event projects at various stages of completion
  • Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partner teams
  • Own and manage the entire event lifecycle — from planning and logistics to execution and post-event wrap-up
  • Seamlessly integrate partner resources and client input to deliver high-quality event experiences
  • Ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are tracked and maintained across projects
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively solve problems before they escalate
